10 people waiting in line and guy acts like there is no one waiting and dissent even get someone to cover other register worst servvice
Usually I recieve great service at this restaurant. However, I was apalled the other day to see one of the shift managers, I believe her name was Virginia, be extremely nasty and rude to her workers in front of customers. She berated them, ripped things out of their hands, yelled in their face and told them that they were doing an awful job. How awful! No one should ever be talked down to like that, ever. I will not be going back to this Wendys. I was extremely insulted by this Virginia woman and do not care to be around someone who treats their workers as such.
Everytime I come here my order is ALWAYS wrong. Will not be returning after this. I tried to understand your busy, things happen, I've worked in the food business and I get it. But every single time I am here, it's wrong. You need employees who can listen to orders properly and most importantly who can ring the orders up correctly. That seems to be the reasoning for my order being wrong almost everytime. I come to this location often and I spend my hard earned money here for it to be wrong. Get better employees, ive been here several times when you workers have been acting up and goofing off with customers in the lobby. Don't get me wrong you should have fun at work,but I was "accused of lieing about my ordering being wrong" by one of your cooks before, I don't understand what is so hard about ONLY cheese,lettuce and pickles on a sandwich. Improve your staff. Very frustrating and most importantly annoying having to come to wendys just to get my order correct.
Just ate breakfast #1, to taste much better then McDonald's breakfasts, Wendy's improving
