Pride truck washes take no pride in their jobs.
I'm also pretty certain that the citrus shine I paid for never went on my truck.
Don't waste your time or money here. You get a $10 dollar wash for $95. You'd be better off running a garden hose over it. I'm sure you'll pick up more dirt than these guys did.
I have uploaded pictures to support my complaint. However, I am pretty certain that they will not be posted because this is not an impression I would want to portray if this was my business.
No customer care at all !! And waiting time but never go back there; addition to that one of the employer has the black teeth when i asked him the price instead telling me nicely being rude!! Poor management!!
And a spot free since is useless if you don't clean the dirt from a truck before you put wax on it.
Friendly staff but my wash was worse than an average Blue Beacon. I was asked if I was satisfied with the wash and I told him, no. I told manager they didn't do a very good job on top, his reply was silence. Once I got back to the truckstop I looked it over real good and found a lot of area's they missed. Since he didn't seem to care about missing the top of sleeper, I didn't see no reason to complain about the rest they missed. I will not be back.
1.5 hour wait closed 1 bay had to go to back of 2nd. Lane piss poor adatude will never use pride again read your reviews first. I wish i had.
I take pride in my beat up old truck. My truck looks pretty damn good for it's age. I expect a truck wash to take the same level of pride in their work to make my truck look good.

They offer an ultimate wash. Again I paid for the ultimate wash. Supposed to include mitt washing for hard to reach places. Aren't the tops of my air cleaners hard to reach places? They are when you hire guys that are too worried about their cigarette getting wet than they do about a truck wash. I spoke to the cashier who rung up my order and told him about a problem I have. He assured me it would be taken care of. I guess that problem area escaped his attention as soon as he got my money. So today the same problem still exists.
