From a horrible beginning we ended up with a very favorable outcome when dealing with Jim's Auto they are professional courteous I am an expeditor driver my cargo van tie rod broke along with my wheel bearings my wheels stuck up and locked up on me at 4:30 in the morning I was able to make it to the Flying J at 7:30 I called Jim's Auto and they don't open til 8 but someone was there to answer my call they got a record to me by 8:04 I was in the shop by 9:30 and before 12 noon all my repairs were done and I was back on the road Miss Martha and her family son her son Kevin and mechanic and his workers we are very pleased I have nothing but good things to say about Jim's Auto once again mr. And Mrs T Y are very satisfied

Car acted like drive gear was in neutral so I called where I bought car from and was told probably transmission. Drove it to jims and it was a shift solenoid instead. Thank you thank you to an honest family owned business. I'll be back for any future problems. I am truly appreciative to know an honest auto repair shop.
Anyone in the Hebron/Demotte/Lowell area, if you need tires, car parts, repair work, think about going to Jim's Auto on Rt. 2. They went out of their way for me. They picked up my car at work, put on my new tires, and returned my car to work.They were great yesterday with my flat and just as wonderful today. There are places that still give great customer service.
